Innovative, creative and effective engagement with virtual audiences

Virtual events don’t just insure you against travel restrictions and emergencies – they offer opportunities to grow your audience, increase your reach, and identify new revenue streams. They also open up exciting and flexible approaches to creativity and content development.

Our award-winning, platform-agnostic digital production team can help you find the right solution to match your budget and communications objectives – from websites and broadcasts to year-round engagement programmes, standalone events and congresses, live streaming and content production.

We switched the European Lead Battery Conference from physical to virtual, re-purposing their existing agenda for online effectiveness via a blend of live and pre-recorded content.

Keynote speakers appeared live from our Covid-safe broadcast studios in Germany and the UK. Panel and Q&A session participants video-called in from across the globe. Sponsors and exhibitors enjoyed the same high profile as at a physical event, with the added advantage of useful visitor and attendee data.

We helped the British Association of Dermatologists move their centenary event online, with a mix of live and pre-recorded content featuring 260 presentations and lectures, plus 80+ hours of scientific content for delegates to study before, during, and post-event.

The event saw a 50% increase in paying attendees, 100% bigger audience figures for live sessions, an average dwell time of 96 minutes, and over 17,000 content views.

We worked with the Royal College of Anaesthetists to deliver their “COVID-19: Lessons for the future of Anaesthesia and Critical Care Virtual Conference” – a global, three-day, round-the-clock event tackling pandemic management and policy development.

Featuring live and on-demand content, lectures, presentations, panel discussions, interviews, and collaborative working groups, and keynote speakers including the UK’s Chief Medical Officer Professor Chris Whitty, this event reached a global live audience of 2000 health workers, academics, and community leaders.

We made sure a pharmaceutical company stood out from the crowd when they participated in a virtual global industry congress, creating video content directed and mixed under regulatory conditions, embedded within a high-quality presentation package, and submitted to the congress organiser for broadcast.
