We believe in continued professional development. Our Pathways learning and development curriculum covers a range of modules from public speaking to creative technology to data compliance.

Our policy statement

 At TFI Lodestar we believe that it is our responsibility – and the responsibility of businesses everywhere – to behave in ways that safeguard the future of our planet and maximise the opportunity, prosperity, and wellbeing of our communities.

We are committed to creating a working environment in which every person contributes to group diversity and all individuals’ contributions are recognized and valued. Our aim is to foster a culture which is at least as diverse as the community in which we operate, where all perspectives and experiences carry equal weight. We also believe that a productive and creative environment can only exist in a workplace where employees’ wellbeing is nurtured and protected.

We intend to make our operations as sustainable as possible and have set a deadline of 2030 to achieve accredited carbon net zero. We plan to make the positive impact of our climate action strategy felt across our supply and value chains, and will work with our clients, suppliers, partners, vendors, and freelancers to encourage exemplary practice.

Acting responsibly, ethically, and sustainably is not an option in business, and never was. By developing our People & Planet policy we are demonstrating that these are key priorities for us. We are committed to making it happen.
