INEOS AUTOMOTIVE: GLOBAL RETAILER VIRTUAL CONFERENCELaunching a major new automotive brand In 2022 the new automotive brand INEOS launched a new product – the Grenadier 4x4 – to its newly-created global retail network. With so many potential unknowns, success hinged on clear, structured, timely communication. We created INEOS’ inaugural Global Retailer Virtual Conference, broadcast from a purpose-built studio inside a showcase dealership near Stuttgart, allowing 200+ senior representatives from over 100 retailers to meet the Exec team and ask questions. Blending live and pre-recorded content, the conference was hosted by an internal INEOS presenter and featured three members of the Exec team. TFI Lodestar managed the invitation and registration process, using a fully-branded platform that allowed guests to submit questions in advance – enabling us to tailor the content and address common themes and talking points. Within a few days post-event we had translated the recording transcript, created four language subtitled versions for distribution to the network, and issued a follow-up communication. The client was so delighted with the number of attendees (exceeding the goal significantly) and the level of engagement, we were soon commissioned to begin work on the next retailer conference broadcast.
