EUROPEAN ORTHODONTIC SOCIETY
CONGRESS

As core PCO to the European Orthodontic Society (EOS), we provided full-service support for the Annual Congress 2023 in Oslo. Our goal was to bring delegate engagement back to pre-Covid levels and to generate membership growth and financial stability for the EOS.

We handled all registration and delegate management, event branding and marketing, social media engagement, sponsor and exhibitor sales and delivery, and met the challenges of working within a concert venue to create a dynamic and navigable session environment.

We managed all technical and logistics aspects of the scientific programme, including reviewing and publishing over 700 submitted abstracts for oral and poster sessions.

Our event app gave delegates a powerful at-Congress experience, while delivering actionable lead retrieval data to exhibitors and a suite of analytics and insights to the EOS.
