Starting 2022 With A Bang The midnight chimes of Big Ben never sounded more hopeful, like the starting pistol to a sprint towards better times. We’ve come roaring out of the gates in 2022, and we hope you have too. January started with a huge win for TFI Lodestar – the beginning of a three-year relationship with the British Society of Gastroenterology. We’ve been appointed as the BSG’s professional conference organiser, focusing on a range of exciting projects including a flagship Annual Meeting for gastroenterologists and hepatologists; the BSG’s virtual professional development programme ‘BSG Campus’; and the BSG Trainees’ Section Events for training, education, representation and networking. It's a great mix of projects across physical, virtual, and hybrid formats, and we’re proud to have the opportunity to help the BSG achieve a swathe of core objectives from member engagement to educational delivery to meeting climate change targets.

We’re also incredibly excited to have begun work with Landsec on an exciting experiential event in London, scheduled for later in the year. This expo-type showcase of urban development and renewal is the kind of project that only comes around once every few years, and it’s enabling us to flex our creative and technical muscle in all sorts of ways and across multiple platforms. The final few months of the old year saw an intense period of pitching, and we’re confident there are more good things in the pipeline. We’ve already added new members to our team, and we’ll be recruiting again soon. Finally, we are now in possession of a set of keys to what will be our new London office location, fitted out to meet our carbon net-zero targets and to operate as a hub for flexible working. We can’t wait to host our clients at this new space. So, there’s a lot to feel optimistic about, and we’ve started the new year with a bang.
