Relaunching employee awards with a party to end all parties
In 2023, Landsec wanted to relaunch their Spotlight Awards programme, a way of recognising and rewarding colleagues’ achievements. Not only a celebration of the very best of Landsec, the Spotlight Awards also needed to be totally unexpected by employees.
We responded to the brief with a party to end all parties – an evening of awards, entertainment street food, cocktails and a lighting rig that wouldn’t look out of place in the Strictly ballroom!
Unperturbed by a range of last-minute transport strikes, we organised a fleet of coaches to take 400 partygoers to the Truman Brewery and gave them a night to remember!
